How long is the battery life at maximum settings?

With fast-charge, you can continue listening to music for 2 hours with just 10 minutes of charging. Full capacity of 10 hours can be reached with less than 45 minutes.

How well do they fit?

FLY® Original Pros are designed to fit everyone. They come with adjustable silicone tips that will guarantee your Originals stay securely in your ears and they’ll prevent any sound from leaking by keeping a good seal.

Do these hurt the ears if I wear this for a long time?

Any type of earphones will cause discomfort after wearing them for a long period of time. However, FLY® Original Pros are designed to give you extended comfort compared to traditional earphones. 

Can these cancel out noise?

Anyone serious about music should have a pair of noise-canceling earphones. You may be an audiophile, or you may be someone who doesn’t want to overthink about your earphones. Either way, our noise-canceling earphones are purpose-built for destroying outside noise, and they’re excessively good at it.

What devices are these compatible with?

FLY® Original Pros are compatible on any device that can connect to Bluetooth.

Are these earphones water resistant?

The IP67 water resistance is to ensure that the earbuds will not break if submerged (up to 1 meter for 30 minutes). Water blocks most of the Bluetooth signal, so use of earbuds is limited to above water use. Only fully submerging the earbuds will disrupt the signal, so feel free to shower with them!

What if I don't like these after I order them or it breaks?

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Here at FLY, we prioritize our customer satisfaction - if your earphones break due to product malfunction, you are eligible to receive a free replacement. If you happen to break or lose your earphones, contact our customer service and we will send you a new pair for 50% off. The process is hassle-free, all we ask is that you be honest!
